CHANGING YOUR AUTOSHIP
You will want to login to your loyal customer account by going to - click login- use your customer ID and password. on the left hand tool bar you'll click autoship- edit - (you may have to turn your phone sideways to see all options) this is where you can add your product/change your date.
Do I have to pay a membership fee to be a loyal customer?
No you do not! When checking out at your first time you'll want to pick the option "receive products monthly" that will set your account up with the 3 month trial. Once your 3rd order processes you have access to the discount for life.
Do I have to try the same product for all 3 orders of my loyal customer trial?
No you are able to edit and change your autoship by following the steps listed above! You are able to add + delete items with a easy click of a button,
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
Unfortunately you may not send an opened/used product back to our corporate offices for a refund, However, I would be happy to guide you to a different product that will meet your goals + health needs. .
Can I cancel my orders before my 3 month trial is completed?
You will want to complete your 3 orders of products or you will be charged the membership fee. Contact me for help if your unable to make that monthly order.
How do I track my order?
When your logged into your loyal customer account you'll want to click order history + you will see a long number on the left hand side you can click on to track order.
